Women of Divine Destiny Initiative (WODDI), an established non‑profit registered under CAMA (Reg. IT: 2016/078715 /08), invites applications from reputable women of strong character to serve as State Coordinators and Assistant State Coordinators. WODDI is committed to empowering women, youth, adolescents and persons with disabilities through leadership development, skills acquisition, education and advocacy.

Role overview
  • Serve as the local lead and primary WODDI representative in your state, supporting programme mobilisation, community outreach and network growth.
  • Coordinate online and offline activities for the WODDI Good Mother Network (WGMN), ensuring inclusive participation and strong member support.
  • Mobilise and mentor local women, facilitate mentorship pairs/groups, and create opportunities for leadership and skills development.
  • Monitor and report on state‑level activities, membership growth, and community needs; provide timely feedback to the national secretariat.
  • Support advocacy, partnership building and stakeholder engagement with local institutions, CSOs and community leaders.
  • Assist in organising events, training sessions and campaigns aligned with WODDI’s objectives.
Who should apply
  • Women resident in the state (or FCT) for which they are applying. Residency will be verified.
  • Demonstrated leadership credibility, integrity and a strong commitment to service and community development.
  • Active involvement or experience in women’s empowerment, community development, education, faith‑based initiatives or related civic work is an advantage.
  • Basic digital literacy and ability to operate in an online, mostly virtual coordination environment.
  • Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Selected coordinators will receive capacity‑building, access to WODDI networks and resources, and other benefits; specific benefits will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
