Collab Training Academy CIC is a non-profit supporting disadvantaged youth, parents, asylum seekers, and refugees. We run It Takes a Village, a youth forum and community garden project in Staffordshire.

We provide mentoring, coaching, and host events, workshops, and training programmes to support life skills, personal development, and employability. Our work focuses on inclusion,-life support, and helping individuals thrive through a hands-on, community-led approach.

Key Tasks:
  • Admin: answering emails, letter writing, meeting notes
  • Sitting in on online or in-person meetings
  • Supporting events and training coordination
  • No data inputting required
  • Work is mainly from home, with optional in-person meetups
  • The role can grow depending on the volunteer's skills and interest
Where:

Staffordshire-based work from home, with optional meetups and events in the area

When:

Flexible – the volunteer can work at times that suit them

Time Commitment:

8 hours per week – flexible timing

Start as soon as possible

Experience and Knowledge:
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Own laptop or PC
  • Comfortable using email and internet
  • Interest in admin work
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Based in Staffordshire
