St Mungo’s is seeking an Assistant Director of Client Experience to lead a portfolio of services that strengthen how people experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives. This senior leadership role will shape and connect a range of client-facing programmes including learning, training and employment support, client involvement, volunteering, welfare rights advice and complex needs support. Working within our Strategy and Transformation directorate, you will play a key role in ensuring our services are coordinated, innovative and centred on the needs and experiences of the people we support.
You will bring together currently separate programmes to create a clear and accessible offer that enhances the overall client experience across St Mungo’s services. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as external partners and funders, you will help develop services that respond to changing needs, strengthen partnerships and ensure lived experience continues to shape how support is designed and delivered.
Aboutyou
You will be an experienced and collaborative leader who is passionate about improving services for people facing complex challenges. You will bring experience of leading and developing teams in environments such as supported housing, homelessness services, social care or community services. You will be comfortable using both data and insight to inform decisions, improve performance and ensure services are responsive to the needs of the people they support.
You will have strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to build trusted relationships with colleagues, partners and funders. Experience developing or growing services supported by trusts, foundations, corporate partners or philanthropic funding will help you succeed in this role, alongside the ability to manage budgets responsibly and deliver value for money.
