Position: Digital Moment Community Engagement Coordinator
Join Digital Moment as a Code Club Community Outreach & Operations Coordinator and enhance community engagement efforts. Focus on volunteer recruitment and event planning in a flexible hybrid role.

As part of the Digital Moment team, you will be engaged for an 8-week summer contract, aiding the Community and Partnerships Manager. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach, managing volunteer processes, and organizing community events, all with the aim of promoting digital literacy. Your tech proficiency and exceptional communication skills will shine in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with local organizations for outreach initiatives

• Facilitate volunteer screening and orientation sessions

• Coordinate in-person gatherings and online workshops

• Maintain comprehensive CRM/database records

• Provide support for scheduling and newsletters

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for technology and community outreach

• Experience with youth/adult facilitation

• Bilingual in French and English needed

• Reliable home office with internet access

• Must complete required training and background checks
