Philanthropy Coordinator

Position: Shelter Movers Philanthropy Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth donor and prospect research

• Maintain grant submission and reporting calendars

• Support CRM data accuracy in Raiser’s Edge NXT

• Assist teams in project coordination and meeting setup

• Develop standard fundraising support materials

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in fundraising or related fields

• Strong administrative and coordination skills

• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred

• Attention to detail and confidentiality emphasis

• Collaborative mindset with independent work capability
