Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage major donor prospects

• Implement individualized donor strategies and stewardship

• Monitor donor interactions and maintain records

• Provide impactful experiences for major gifts donors

• Collaborate across departments for comprehensive outreach

Requirements:

• Proven success in closing major donations

• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative

• Ability to work independently in a remote work model

• Experience with fundraising databases is a plus

• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
