As a Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee volunteer interactions and ensure appropriate support is given to callers. You will guide, coach, and assess chats, helping volunteers provide empathetic assistance without giving direct advice. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate support to certified listener volunteers

• Assist volunteers with resources and referrals

• Perform risk assessments during chats to ensure safety

• Foster respectful interactions with callers and staff

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in mental health field

• Proven experience in conflict management

• Knowledge of community services and risk assessment

• Reliable in fulfilling weekly commitments

• Completion of background checks and training programs
