Salary: £25,092.00 to £28,783.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Birmingham, Digbeth hub
Interviews: Assessment centre on Tuesday 30th June in our Birmingham hub – you must be available to attend on this day.
ResponsibilitiesBuild stronger links with young people as the main point of contact. Provide one‑on‑one support, guidance and point them in the right direction. Assist with travel expenses and find creative solutions to other commitments.
Champion support and learning needs with employers and national partners such as the Job Centre to ensure nothing stands in a young person’s way.
Guide delivery partners and service providers to deliver quality experiences and outcomes for young people. Deliver employability sessions directly to young people and support partners and volunteers in person and virtually via MS Teams.
Travel to programme delivery sites and attend visits to oversee smooth operation.
Maintain meticulous records of all young people, volunteers and partners, ensuring accurate data for funding contracts.
Lead on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion by implementing a local action plan that supports overall EDI goals.
Be flexible and adapt to changing demands, which may involve deputising where required.
