As the Director of Development, your mission at the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness is to strategically lead the philanthropic function and create measurable community impacts. You will work alongside senior leadership to drive fundraising objectives, developing high-value relationships with donors, and ensuring the effectiveness of philanthropic initiatives. This dynamic role offers opportunities for professional growth while making significant contributions to social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide strategic direction for philanthropic activities

• Engage major stakeholders and corporate partners

• Lead donor cultivation and engagement strategies

• Report on metrics of fundraising effectiveness

• Collaborate with communications for donor storytelling

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in fundraising and philanthropy roles

• Strong leadership and relationship management skills

• Track record of success in major gift fundraising

• Experience in social impact sectors

• Ability to lead through change and uncertainty
