Volunteer Coordinator (Voluntary position) About Us

We are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to manage our Volunteer Programme. This is a voluntary position.
You’ll help us recruit and support our volunteers who do an amazing job supporting our members in our clubs.
What you’ll do:- Lead and coordinate CASPA’s volunteer programme. This includes recruitment and onboarding of volunteers.
- Support volunteers and managers throughout the volunteering cycle.
- Ensure all checks, training, and compliance requirements are completed.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and HR systems.
- Act as the main point of contact for volunteer queries and support.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about supporting volunteers and making a positive impact.
- Organised and proactive.
- Confident using IT systems including 365 and Outlook.
- Committed to equality, safeguarding, and creating an inclusive environment.

Working Pattern: 2-4 hours per week, flexible
Location: Oakley House, Bromley (Mondays or Tuesdays) or work from home.
