Salary: £25,092.00 to £28,783.00 dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience
Location: This role will be Birmingham-based at our Digbeth hub.
Interviews: We will be holding an assessment centre on Tuesday 30th June in our Birmingham hub. You must be available to attend on this day.
The role involves supporting and developing young people up to 18 years of age, working closely with partners such as the job centre and Delivery Partners to remove barriers to their employability and to ensure a smooth journey from enrollment to placement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one‑on‑one support and guidance to a group of young people, addressing travel, finance and other commitments.
- Championing learners’ support and learning needs with employers and partners.
- Delivering employability sessions directly to young people, in person and virtually via MS Teams.
- Maintaining accurate records and data on young people, volunteers and partners to meet funding contract requirements.
- Leading delivery partners and volunteers in providing high‑quality services.
- Representing the Trust in safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contributing to the local action plan.
- Providing cover and deputising as required.
