Contract Type: Maternity Cover, 12 months
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £25,092.00 to £28,783.00, dependent on location, skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Field based / work from home; frequent travel to Wrexham and surrounding areas required
Interviews: Assessment Centre in Wrexham 8th July, follow-up interviews via Teams on 9th/10th July 2026

In this role, you’ll play a key part in making that happen by supporting the incredible partners and volunteers who help bring our programmes to life.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and train new delivery partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the Achieve programme.
- Visit schools and support volunteer events.
- Provide guidance, resources, and share best practice to enable partners to create outstanding experiences for young people.
- Support volunteers throughout their volunteering journey, from opportunity matching to ongoing training.
- Maintain accurate records, track activity through CRM systems, and ensure compliance with funding, safeguarding and other regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate networking sessions, encourage the sharing of ideas, organise celebrations and end‑of‑programme events, and occasionally support the delivery of sessions with young people.
- Organised, proactive and full of initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience in the education sector is helpful but not mandatory.
- Passionate about supporting others and making a difference to young people.
- Ability to juggle priorities, solve problems with a positive attitude, and keep momentum during unexpected challenges.
