Position: Volunteer Engagement Facilitator Role
Shape the future of volunteer training as a Learning & Engagement Facilitator s remote position focuses on designing engaging sessions and pioneering activities that promote networking and team spirit.

The role requires strong collaboration with the Learning and Engagement team to create impactful training experiences for consultant volunteers. You will lead exciting events that foster community and connection among volunteers, enhancing their learning journey. Conducting research will inform curriculum development in our ever-evolving non-profit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging presentations to volunteers remotely

• Organize and lead both in-house and off-site events

• Contribute to the development of the training curriculum

• Research impactful learning topics for volunteer engagement

• Take on ad hoc projects that support Endeavour's growth

Requirements:

• Past volunteer experience with Endeavour is beneficial

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

• Experience leading team-building and networking events

• Strong organizational abilities and task management

• Willingness to commit a minimum of two years
