Position: Signature Programs Specialist Hybrid Role
Join CCS in Vancouver as a Signature Programs Specialist, focusing on the Run for the Cure events. This hybrid position combines event management, volunteer leadership, and fundraising strategy to drive impactful results.

You will support volunteer-led initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, and ensure high-quality event experiences. Engaging with Run Directors and executing effective training will enhance participant experience while meeting revenue targets. The role also requires innovative thinking to elevate program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 4-5 Run for the Cure events throughout Western Canada

• Develop engaging training and support for volunteers

• Foster relationships with leadership volunteers and stakeholders

• Collaborate across teams to optimize fundraising strategies

• Ensure communications align with CCS values and culture

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of fundraising or event management experience

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

• Valid driver's license for travel across Canada
