Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
CAUDWELLYOUTH is looking for a Volunteer Inclusion Coordinator who will focus on enhancing inclusivity within volunteering programs across Hertfordshire. This role is vital for creating a welcoming environment for diverse young people.
The successful candidate will analyze volunteer demographic data, manage inclusive recruitment practices, and support the organization's Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) agenda.
This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract.
