Community Engagement Coordinator (Corby)

Part‑time | 18.5 hours per week | Fixed term to March 2029

About Made With Many

Made With Many delivers community‑led arts activity in Corby through the Creative People and Places programme, supported by Arts Council England and hosted by Groundwork Northamptonshire.

The role focuses on building relationships with local communities and supporting co‑created cultural activity, particularly with groups least engaged in arts and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for community groups, artists and participants
  • Support delivery of workshops, events, exhibitions and performances
  • Build relationships with underrepresented communities and support community consultation
  • Recruit, train and coordinate volunteers
  • Support community‑led programming and decision-making
  • Assist with event delivery, logistics and artist coordination
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach activity
  • Lead on data collection, monitoring and evaluation
About you
  • Experience in community engagement or audience development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working with diverse community groups
  • Confidence supporting events and participatory projects
  • IT skills including basic data handling
  • Flexible approach, including evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

28 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
