Associate Consultant – Nonprofit Salesforce Implementation  Passion Fruit Partners is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our team to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations. Successful candidates will have a combination of strong technical and project management skills, with a passion for creating solutions for our nonprofit clients.

Virtual – Home-based office in Canada.

What We Offer  This position comes with a base salary range of $61,000 – $83,000. Passion Fruit Partners offers a generous total rewards package to ensure our team is happy, healthy and engaged.

Responsibilities   Onboard, train, and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills
Collaborate with team members
Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform, including third‑party application integration, data migration, and automation
Transform business requirements into technical designs, document process flows, and facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions with stakeholders
Contribute on projects under guidance and support from senior team members
Test build components against business requirements
Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours
Identify and address out‑of‑scope items to client and internal team
Create and lead training sessions
Manage project timeline, flag risks to the team when necessary
Complete Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within first 90 days of employment
Skills   Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and client‑management skills
Excellent communication and business writing skills
Self‑directed, highly motivated, independent thinker who takes responsibility
Adaptable to learning new technologies and tools quickly
Excellent organization and task prioritization abilities
Qualifications    Admin Certification required;  Nonprofit Consultant or other consultant‑level certifications preferred
1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required
Past experience working with nonprofit organizations
Strong time‑management and communication skills
