Donor Development Manager

Position: Donor Development Manager - Hybrid Role
Join The Nature Trust of New Brunswick as a hybrid Donor Development Manager. Enhance the organization’s fundraising efforts by building donor relationships and executing impactful development strategies.
As the Donor Development Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer while collaborating with the leadership team to implement effective fundraising strategies.

Your role is to cultivate relationships with major donors, secure philanthropic gifts, and play a crucial part in achieving the Nature Trust’s goals for land conservation. You will also lead innovative outreach efforts to engage potential funders in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement effective Fund Development Strategy with support

• Engage major donors and secure substantial funding

• Build productive donor relationships across the region

• Manage legacy giving and donor stewardship initiatives

• Oversee donor database utilization and effective communication
Requirements:

• Background in strategic fundraising solutions

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce

• Proven track record in achieving fundraising goals

• Bilingualism is an asset
