Helpline Supervisor

Salary and Location

£17,400 per annum (£29,000 FTE)

Coram Campus, Bloomsbury, London (working from home 1 day a week possible if service needs allow)

This role involves working on the Coram Voice Helpline as part of a small, friendly team supervising Helpline Volunteers to support children and young people to access our advocacy services.

• Supervise and train Helpline Volunteers.
• Ensure volunteers provide support to children and young people in care, care leavers and other vulnerable groups.
• Maintain knowledge of children’s rights and entitlements within the care system.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver advocacy services.

• Experience of training and supervising others.
• Good understanding of rights and entitlements of children and young people in the care system.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
