Senior Community Engagement Manager

Prospectus is working with a UK charity supporting over 1,000 young athletes each year by providing financial awards for training and competition costs.

The role is a flexible permanent contract with a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum offering hybrid or remote working between home and the London office.

• Overall responsibility for the organisation's Community Fundraising & Engagement portfolio.
• Develop and deliver the Community Fundraising & Engagement strategy.
• Lead the growth of community fundraising programmes.
• Oversee the challenge event portfolio.
• Provide strategic oversight of the alumni engagement programme.
• Report to the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
• Line‑manage the Community & Alumni Engagement Manager.
• Accountable for the performance, growth and continuous development of the portfolio.

• Demonstrable experience in community fundraising, supporter engagement, individual giving or relationship fundraising.
• Experience growing community fundraising programmes and supporter engagement.
• Understanding of relationship fundraising, supporter journeys and supporter stewardship.
