- Location: A mix of office working in Llandudno and Bangor, community-based work, and one day a week working from home.
- Hours: 35 hours per week

St David’s Hospice is a local charity providing specialist care for adults with life‑limiting illnesses or in need of end‑of‑life care, as well as support for their families. Each year we impact the lives of over 1,000 people across Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey. Our services include 24/7 care, Day Therapy Centres offering patient care and bereavement support, and Inpatient Units in Llandudno and Holyhead providing symptom control, respite, and end‑of‑life care.

- Grow in‑memory and challenge fundraising across North Wales.
- Support and motivate fundraisers taking on events—from local walks to overseas challenges.
- Develop tribute funds and meaningful ways for people to remember loved ones.
- Lead and deliver key campaigns like Tree of Lights, Memories Meadow, and Hospice Heroes.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with supporters, partners, and the community.
- Provide exceptional supporter care with empathy and compassion.
- Work with colleagues and external partners to deliver engaging campaigns and events.
- Spot new opportunities to increase income and supporter engagement.
- Celebrate and thank supporters through events, cheque presentations, and recognition initiatives.
- Experience working towards targets or delivering events/campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships.
- A compassionate, sensitive approach, especially for in‑memory support.
- Motivation, creativity, and the ability to bring new ideas to life.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in fundraising, or a charity/non‑profit setting.
- Knowledge of in‑memory or challenge fundraising.
- Experience working with supporters or volunteers.
- Ability to speak Welsh (written and spoken).
