Remote Volunteer Partnerships Coordinator

We're looking for a volunteer to join our team as a Partnerships Coordinator, supporting our Partnerships Manager in building and maintaining the network of front line organisations we partner with that distribute our gift cards.

Your contribution will help us build and sustain the network of partners through which our gift cards reach the people who need them, strengthening the relationships our distribution model depends on. By keeping new outreach moving, existing partners supported, and dormant relationships reengaged, you will help us extend the charity's reach into more communities.

• Significant experience in administration and coordination.
• Experience in relationship‑management, and confidence liaising with external organisations, in writing and verbally, including calls and meetings.
• Strong written communication skills, comfortable drafting outreach emails, agreements, and partner updates.
• A methodical, organised approach to maintaining accurate records of contacts, activity, and funding.
• Microsoft 365/Office skills, including Excel and Sharepoint.
• Ability to manage your own workload across a varied caseload of partner relationships.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and wider team.
• Ideally, experience working with charities or similar organisations, though this is not essential.

At Clothing Collective, our story began in 2018, when we set out to assist those in our society facing difficulties in clothing themselves. We wanted to bridge the gap between the vast resources available across the country and those who had little or no access to them. Over the past eight years, we have become a recognised leader in providing access to clothing by connecting people in need with existing stock held by charity shops.

In 2024, we entered an exciting new chapter as a charity, revitalising and refocusing our mission. We are strengthening our offer and empowering our partners and volunteers to help achieve our goals.

As our volunteer Partnerships Coordinator, you will support the Partnerships Manager in building and maintaining the charity’s network of distributing partners, who distribute our gift cards to people in need.

The role will involve

• Helping to identify and approach new partner organisations by sector or geographic area.
• Maintaining good communication with current partners and supporting with gathering feedback, requesting case studies, quotes and photos, flagging cards that are due to expire, and encouraging timely requests for additional cards. You will also help reconnect with past partners.
• Keeping accurate records of partner contacts, activity, contributions, redemptions, expirations and funding.
• Being organised, proactive and confident communicating with a range of organisations, while balancing relationship‑building with the administrative tracking needed to keep a partner network running smoothly.
