The Forward Trust is seeking a passionate Reconnect Peer Coordinator to lead a network of Peer Support Workers and Volunteers on a maternity cover basis. The role supports people leaving prison by coordinating training, supervision and activity delivery across custodial and community settings.
You will develop volunteering pathways, embed lived experience, maintain records and work with partners to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support and better health outcomes.
