MCR Pathways in the Scottish Borders is seeking a Mentor Services Coordinator to support volunteer mentors from first enquiry through to matching with a young person. You will conduct in-depth interviews, organise training, PVG checks and ensure a smooth and supported onboarding journey.
The role requires strong communication, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for helping young people within the charity sector.
