Location: Greater London
Action Funder is a grant management platform transforming community investment. The Community Experience Manager will own and grow Action Funder's non-profit community, support fund delivery and funder engagement, and manage user support touchpoints as the business scales.
You'll build the non-profit side of the marketplace, empowering organisations to access funding and deliver real impact, while shaping welcome journeys and cross-audience experiences with the CS team.
