Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a part-time Housing Options & Lettings Assistant to support a busy housing options team. The role is home-based with on-site attendance two days per month, and occasional additional attendance as required, up to 40% of working time.
It encompasses void and allocation duties to optimise housing stock and resources. The position is maternity cover for 14.8 hours per week, offering flexible working arrangements and a generous benefits package.
