Hours: 22.5 hours pw (flexible, with occasional evenings and weekends). There may be opportunities to increase hours over time, depending on funding and organisational growth.

About Leeds Baby Bank

Leeds Baby Bank exists to ensure no child goes without because they are born into a family experiencing poverty.

Our work is built around a referral-based model, working closely with professionals including health services, social care teams, and partner organisations. This ensures support reaches families who need it most, at the right time, helping people access support as early as possible.

Alongside this, we support families through our community spaces and Hub — welcoming, accessible environments where families can receive items, practical support, and connections to wider services. These spaces help build trust, reduce isolation, and strengthen local communities.

About the role

Leeds Baby Bank has strong existing relationships with local businesses, community groups, and supporters. This role will build on those foundations – strengthening what we already have while creating new opportunities to grow income and support.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation, with real scope to grow sustainable income and further strengthen Leeds Baby Bank’s profile as a recognised and supported cause across Leeds. You will focus primarily on corporate partnerships, alongside community fundraising, generating both financial income and donations in kind (new and pre-loved items).

We are seeking a pro‑active, dynamic, and strategic Corporate and Community Fundraiser to lead and grow our fundraising activity across Leeds. You will take ownership, build relationships quickly, and spot opportunities to grow support in ways that are practical, meaningful, and sustainable. The focus is on activity that delivers the greatest impact – financially and for the families we support – while prioritising work that creates long-term value.
