About the role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Wales Country Programme Manager to lead the delivery of Eden Project’s activity in Wales. Working within Eden Project Communities UK delivery team you will encourage Welsh participation in The Big Lunch, Month of Community and our Nature Connections programme, bringing people together to connect, take action and strengthen their communities.
The post holder will project manage PR Marketing and Communication, developing and delivering Eden Project Communities programme in Wales as well as supporting our UK wide activity. You will be well placed to build strong partnerships across community, voluntary, public and health sectors, and work with colleagues to grow awareness, participation and impact. This will include supporting nature-based wellbeing and recovery activity in Wales gathering stories and insight, and helping communities affected by climate change and health inequalities to build confidence, connection and local action.
You will be a strong relationship builder and communicator, able to work independently, manage competing priorities and represent Eden Project with warmth, credibility and energy. You will understand the opportunities and challenges facing communities in Wales and be comfortable working across partnerships, events, communications, evaluation and programme delivery.

The post holder will act as a front-line ambassador, leading the development and delivery of The Big Lunch and Month of Community within one or more UK nations, with the Wales Programme Manager role and in-nation campaign delivery remaining the primary focus.
