Real Ideas Group, based in Liskeard and operating across Cornwall with some remote opportunities, is seeking a Pathways Coordinator to deliver the Connect to Work programme using the IPS model. The role focuses on supporting individuals, including those with disabilities, to progress towards employment and personal development.
You will undertake high-quality IAG and mentoring sessions, complete vocational profiling, and build employer relationships to generate opportunities.
