Would you like tojoina great team-working in Foundations across Outreach and Delivery? Join us at The King’s Trust, where you’ll lead personal development sessions in person, some of these activities will be in the great outdoors and enjoying our wonderful green spaces. You won’t be sitting behind a screen every day, there will be some travel required to relevant local areas to support the delivery of these exciting programmes as well as programme visits.
However, it’s not all fun and games, keeping things on point means meticulously recording info and data about our young people. It's all about making sure every step of their journey aligns perfectly with our funding contracts.
You will support with our recruitment and engagement plan, working across Dundee to connect young people with opportunities. You will also support delivery partners to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to real jobs for young people.
You'lldeliver engaging employability sessions, both directly and by supporting partners and volunteers, using a mix of face-to-face delivery and virtual sessions via MS Teams. When needed,you’llbeout and about, visitingplacements oremployers to ensure everything runs smoothly and thateverythingis delivered to the highest standard.
You’llplay a vital role in guiding young people on their journey into work. By building strong relationships,you’lluncover and help remove any barriers that might stand in their way - enabling them to thrive and achieve positive outcomes.
You’lltake responsibility for a caseload of young people, offering one-to-one support, coaching, and encouragement, while helping them navigate everything from travel costs to balancing other commitments.
Alongside this,you’llmaintainaccurateand detailed records of young people’s progress, employer engagement, and outcomes, ensuring everything aligns with our funding requirements and clearlydemonstratesthe impact of the programme.
