Alzheimer's Society is seeking a compassionate Community Support Adviser to work across Greater Manchester, primarily out in the community. The role supports South Asian communities and helps people affected by dementia access information, practical support and local connections that enable them to live well.
You’ll travel regularly, build relationships with community groups and local organisations, and work from various community venues with some home-based planning.
