Emplyfy, UK-based, is seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to assist with ongoing corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational appointment with a very limited time commitment.
The initial setup will take about 1-2 hours during the first month, followed by occasional minor tasks once or twice per year. Remote work is supported, and the role will be passive and long-term.
