Company Description

Voices Of Asia (VOA) is a social enterprise dedicated to building a more supportive and empathetic society across Asia through authentic leadership and mentoring. The organisation empowers leaders from diverse backgrounds to share personal stories and commit to mentoring individuals facing pivotal life transitions. Founded on storytelling initiatives in 2010 and expanded with structured mentoring from 2020, VOA focuses on measurable impact and individual transformation.

Mentors also contribute by speaking and conducting pro-bono trainings, helping to equip communities with skills for personal and professional success.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing program timelines, organising events and training sessions, tracking participation and outcomes, and maintaining accurate program documentation.

The role involves communicating with stakeholders, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and contributing to improvements in program processes and tools. The Associate Program Manager also assists with outreach, digital communications, and community-building efforts that strengthen the VOA movement.

  • Experience or strong interest in mentoring, mental health, social impact, or community development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with good time management and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in social sciences, psychology, education, business, or a related field is beneficial.
