Social Program Facilitator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and skilled Social Program Facilitator to implement and run their community programs in Mahikeng . This role involves directly engaging with beneficiaries, guiding them through program activities, and ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment. You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals and families through our client's various initiatives. This hybrid position requires active participation on-site for program delivery and community interaction, balanced with remote work for planning, reporting, and collaboration with the wider team across North West .

• Deliver and facilitate social programs and workshops for target communities.
• Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to program participants.
• Monitor participant progress and engagement, providing feedback to program managers.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with local partners and community leaders to ensure program relevance and success.
• Assist in the collection of data and feedback for program evaluation and improvement.

• Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, or community programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and patience.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Understanding of social issues and community development principles.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, involving both on-site facilitation and remote administrative tasks.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in social work, education, or community development are advantageous.
