About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Social Impact Program Officer to manage and grow impactful initiatives from Centurion . This role is integral to developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that address critical community needs. You will work closely with beneficiaries, partners, and internal teams to ensure programs are effective, sustainable, and achieve their intended outcomes. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about driving positive social change and adept at navigating the complexities of program management in the non-profit sector.

- Lead the design, planning, and execution of social impact programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify new program opportunities.
- Develop program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other NGOs.
- Oversee program monitoring and evaluation, collecting data to measure impact and inform future strategies.
- Prepare regular program reports for internal stakeholders and external donors.
- Ensure programs align with the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or development sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating social programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working in or with communities in the Gauteng region.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.
