About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Remote Community Outreach Coordinator to bridge the gap between community needs and available resources. Working from your home office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to connect with underserved populations. This role is crucial for identifying needs, disseminating information about services, and fostering engagement across various communities within the Western Cape and beyond.

- Develop and execute comprehensive remote outreach strategies to engage target communities.
- Identify and build relationships with key community stakeholders, local organizations, and leaders.
- Create and distribute informative materials, both digital and physical, about available social services.
- Organize and facilitate virtual community events, workshops, and information sessions.
- Gather feedback from community members to assess program effectiveness and identify emerging needs.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, participant engagement, and outcomes using CRM software.
- Proven experience in community outreach, program coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with social service programs and community development initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms.
