Band 1, Charity Youll start at our entry point salary of £26,912 per annum, increasing to £28,594 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £30,276 after a further 6 months.

The MS Society is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to support our Community, Events & Retail Fundraising team.

Youll play a key role in recruiting, supporting, and developing volunteers, helping us achieve our mission of improving the lives of people affected by multiple sclerosis. About the Role As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will:
Plan and manage volunteering opportunities across our income generating activities. Recruit and onboard new volunteers, ensuring an outstanding experience. Create and deliver engaging volunteer campaigns to grow our community. Support and maintain strong relationships with volunteer organisations and local partners. Monitor and improve volunteer engagement and retention to strengthen our impact. About You Were looking for someone who:
Has experience working with and recruiting volunteers. Can build strong relationships with diverse communities. Has excellent organisational and communication skills. Is confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Is creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting the MS Societys work. Why Join the MS Society?
