About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and strategic Community Engagement Manager to spearhead their outreach efforts in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas. This role is vital for building bridges between our client's services and the community, ensuring maximum reach and impact. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective engagement strategies, fostering strong relationships with local stakeholders, and promoting the organization's mission.

- Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key community leaders, organizations, and influencers.

- Represent the organization at community meetings and public events, serving as a knowledgeable ambassador.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure community insights inform program development and service delivery.
- Proven experience in community development, public relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and social issues, particularly within Bloemfontein .
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute successful community events and campaigns.
- Proficiency in relevant software for communication and reporting.
