Our client, a leading non-profit organization focused on sustainable development, is seeking a meticulous Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to join their fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the monitoring and evaluation framework for various projects, ensuring accountability, learning, and evidence-based decision-making. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess project performance, impact, and effectiveness, providing valuable insights to program teams and stakeholders.

- Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans and tools.
- Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of project data.
- Conduct regular M&E activities, including field visits (where applicable and feasible remotely) and surveys.
- Prepare high-quality M&E reports, highlighting findings, lessons learned, and recommendations.
- Provide M&E training and support to program staff and partners.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks for development projects.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Experience in remote data collection methodologies and virtual team collaboration.
