Age UK is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Philanthropy Manager to play a pivotal role in growing income from high-net-worth individuals and philanthropists, supporting our work across the UK and internationally.
In this exciting role, you will manage a portfolio of major donor prospects and supporters, developing bespoke cultivation and stewardship plans that inspire significant five and six-figure gifts. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will build meaningful, long-term relationships, create compelling funding propositions, and identify innovative opportunities to maximise philanthropic income.
You will also lead exceptional donor stewardship, delivering personalised engagement opportunities, insightful impact reporting, and memorable experiences that bring supporters closer to Age UK’s mission.

We operate a hybrid working model. We offer flexibility on working from home but require the applicant to be
in our central London office a minimum of one day per week currently on Thursdays and when face to face meeting and events dictate. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the postholder and are not covered by the charity.

- A substantive and successful track record of managing the life cycle of high-value relationships, including securing five-figure gifts (A, I)
