Partnerships Manager

Our client seeks a dynamic Partnerships Manager to foster and strengthen collaborations with various organizations in Vereeniging. This role is vital for expanding our client's network and amplifying its impact through strategic alliances. You will identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate sponsors, community groups, and other non‑profits. This hybrid position allows for focused remote work on strategy and relationship building, complemented by in‑person meetings and engagements within the Gauteng region.

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations.
• Develop and manage existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and ongoing engagement.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate on joint initiatives and campaigns.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
• Track partnership progress, measure impact, and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to articulate partnership opportunities.

• Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the non‑profit sector.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
