• Develop and manage conservation projects targeting endangered species and critical habitats.
• Conduct ecological surveys and research to assess biodiversity status and threats.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs to implement conservation strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of conservation interventions and adapt strategies based on findings.
• Prepare technical reports, grant proposals, and outreach materials.
• Utilize data management and analysis tools to track project progress and biodiversity indicators.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Conservation Biology, Ecology, Zoology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wildlife or habitat conservation project management.
• Strong understanding of conservation principles , ecological monitoring techniques, and biodiversity assessment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using statistical software.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple project components effectively.
