Junior Achievement BC seeks a proactive Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of educational programs across the province. You will work from home while fostering relationships with educators and community partners. This role is pivotal in driving the impact of JABC programs, making a difference in the lives of British Columbia’s youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and coordinate educational programs effectively

• Foster strong relationships with schools and community stakeholders

• Maintain accurate program records and data management

• Conduct outreach and support community participation

• Represent JABC at events and meetings

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of related program management experience

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

• Ability to learn new technologies and platforms

• Flexibility to work asynchronously and travel locally
