Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors

• Identify new individual and corporate fundraising sources

• Support annual fundraising plans and engagement targets

• Prepare grant proposals and funding communications

• Manage donor correspondence and stewardship activities

Requirements:

• Degree in fundraising, communications, or related field

• 2-4 years in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to build professional relationships

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
