Remote Program Manager - Community Initiatives

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Program Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful community initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving social change and enhancing community well-being through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective program oversight, all managed from a remote-first perspective. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple community projects, ensuring they meet their objectives, stay within budget, and deliver tangible benefits to the target populations, fostering a culture of innovation and measurable success.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of community programs, from conceptualization and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor program performance, gather data, and prepare comprehensive reports on impact and outcomes for leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Non-profit Management, Social Sciences, or a related field;
  Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, particularly within the non-profit or community sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a remote environment .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
