Our client, a prominent non-profit organization, is actively seeking a strategic and driven Partnerships Manager to foster collaborations that advance their mission in East London . This fully remote role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances with corporate partners, foundations, and other community organizations. You will play a key role in expanding our network, securing resources, and enhancing our program delivery through effective relationship building.

- Identify and research potential strategic partners, including corporations, foundations, and other non-profits.
- Develop and implement strategies for cultivating and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Manage existing partner relationships, providing excellent stewardship and ensuring mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities into program development and fundraising strategies.
- Track and report on the impact and success of partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or fundraising.
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate sponsor ships or strategic alliances.
