In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance community participation and well-being. You will work at the intersection of community needs and available resources, acting as a vital liaison. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic community engagement plans to address local needs.
- Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events, both in-person and virtually.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and residents.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance service delivery.
- Collect feedback from the community to inform program development and service improvements.
- Create and disseminate communication materials (newsletters, social media updates, flyers) to inform the community about programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Community Development, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or program coordination.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the social landscape and community dynamics in Bandar Lampung .
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, project management, and data collection.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively in a hybrid setting.
