Remote Program Manager - Youth Development

Our client, a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through educational and leadership programs, is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Program Manager . This fully remote position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth development initiatives across various regions. You will lead a distributed team, manage program budgets, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure the effective delivery of high-impact programming.

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of youth development programs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, preferably within the youth development or non-profit sector.
• Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
• Strong understanding of youth development theories and best practices.
• Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
