Program Coordinator - Remote
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Program Coordinator to join their mission-driven team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our client’s charitable programs. You will provide essential support to program managers, assist with client services, and help ensure the smooth operation of day‑to‑day activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and is dedicated to making a positive impact within a flexible, remote work environment that fosters collaboration and efficiency.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate program activities and logistics, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of program outreach strategies.
- Manage program documentation, including participant records and reporting data.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, providing information and support.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute virtual program events and workshops.
- Monitor program progress and report on key metrics to program managers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and standard office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
