Program Development Specialist

• Oversee the initial phases of program implementation, ensuring smooth project initiation.
• Develop frameworks for monitoring and evaluation to track program progress and impact.
• Stay informed about best practices in program development and relevant social issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program development activities and outcomes.
• Foster innovation and creativity in program design.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program development, planning, or management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven ability to design and develop impactful programs from concept to implementation.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent grant writing and proposal development experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working within the Rustenburg, North West region is a plus.
